I gave this recipe from the blog a try since it sounded interesting, I had the ingredients, and the other two blog recipes didn't appeal to me (the Enchiladas had a lot of ingredients I would have to buy and, probably, use only one time; zucchini and my digestive tract do not get along). This was a FAIL and will not be going into my recipe book. My only thought while I was tasting this (most of it went down the disposer) was, "what a waste of vanilla yogurt." Even the brown sugar I used as my topping couldn't rescue the taste for me.
