The Ingredients: 1 (16 ounce) package dry corn bread mix
2 T butter
1/2 c chopped celery
1 small onion
2 eggs, beaten
2 c chicken stock
2 T dried sage
salt and pepper to taste


The Instructions: Prepare cornbread per package directions. Cool & crumble. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 baking dish. In large skillet over med.  heat, melt butter and saute celery and onion ‘til soft. In large bowl, combine with 3 c crumbled corn bread and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Place in prepared dish and bake for 30 minutes. I sometimes add a little shredded cheese.
