I love the bright papers and colouring of this page. And what a great twist to the traditional waldorf salad. Sounds great!

I saw Waldorf Salad ... and peanut butter, and had to take a closer look. I love nut butters with apples (especially honey crisp - my fave!!) ... I might have to try this.
