For recipe week 3, my sister and I reworked the Strawberry Feta Salad recipe, using Romaine and adding pistachios nuts in place of pumpkin seeds and Parmesan Cheese instead of Feta.


JOURNALING:  Baby red & green Romaine leaves, washed
Shelled Pistachios
Strawberries, hulled & sliced
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Salad Dressing (I used a vinaigrette)
Croutons (I used Parmesan Cheese Crisps)
Put the lettuce in a bowl. Sprinkle with Pistachio nuts. Add a generous amount of sliced strawberries. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese. Add salad dressing to taste and top with croutons.
