In our family we say "I love you" all day long, multiple times a day. I know other families aren\'t necessarily like this, but I don\'t really think a whole lot about it.  However, the importance of saying "I love you" was really brought home to me one day this school year.  After telling my class of 6th graders that I loved them, one of them asked if I meant it, so of course I told them that I did.  Then the little girl said "Nobody\'s ever told me they love me before."  It breaks my heart and makes me cry every time I think about it.  What a sad way to have to live your life.
