The first quarter of this year is already over and I hope you are all doing well.
When we met the first time for this challenge in january, we all have chosen a word, that will define our year/quarter of the year. And now its time for another challenge and this time there are two options:
a) choose a new word for the next 3 month and scrap about it.
b) reflect on your january word and let us know how it helped you during the last 3 month.
The focus for this challenge was: Sometimes its hard to find one single word that stands for everything we strive toward during one long year.
Every 3 months we will think about our own "focus word" that will lead us during the next quarter. Choose a word you want to keep in mind during this time -- a word that describes your life, your wishes, whatever you really want to focus on in 2021.
Challenge Rules:
- choose your new word or reflect on the last one
- make this word your page's title
- put journaling on your page (just a few lines, a whole paragraph, half a page -- whatever you want -- it's your word and you choose!)
