Journaling/Fonts look different when saved

So, does anyone do anything to there journaling to look more crisp before you save? I've noticed that some of my journaling, once I save it the page is not as crisp. Could it be the type of font I use? Curious if anyone has experienced this. TIA.

I tend to like a typewriter style fint for most of my journaling, but sometimes use a more scripty font. I haven't really noticed that it looks less crisp when I've saved it, obviously it is smaller, so harder to tell by the time I have loaded it up in the gallery!
