  • PSE? cookie cutter shape for see through

I want to use my cookie cutter shapes in PSE to create a see through shape in a larger pieces of paper. Is this possible in PSE? I've seen tutorials on PS CC but I didn't have the same options available. Does anyone have a link to a tutorial on it?

I'm usually just a grab a template and rearrange to fit my stuff kind of gal. I'm blaming summer camp, especially arts & crafts challenges, for me trying to up my game. lol.

    Thanks.

I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're talking about but worth a shot!?

Also- once you have your shape on it's own layer- if you ctrl click the thumbnail in the layers panel- you will get a selection around yoru shape. Then click on the paper you want to 'cut' & his delete or you can use a mask if you want to be able to move it later. Does that help?
