Love this thread! It'd be cool to see everyone in person. I have never been to Europe and it seems so many of you are from there!
I'm born and raised in Hong Kong, one of the most densely-populated cities on Earth. I went to college in Hawaii, met my husband (who's Korean) and we're now in Utah. Not sure where we'll be next!----------GRACE----------

I was born in Penang Malaysia, but grew up in Australia all over the east coast. After University (in Canberra) I moved to Asia and spent many years in China. Back in Australia now with a great partner. Just over a year ago we moved out of Brisbane up the coast to our 5 acres of paradise in the hills behind Noosa. Life is good![img]https://farm2.staticflickr.com

Oh my - I was born in Texas, spend most of my childhood in the middle of nowhere somewhere west of Austin, traveled all over the US once I graduated High school for University - then got married to someone in love with Language so after grad school together we have spent the last 14 years of our 16 years of marriage traveling Southeast Asia. We've lived in Yangon, Burma and Chiang Mai, Thailand, but traveled anywhere HE could get into- he he. Its been fun, but there is still so much of the world to see.

I think we need to put a map in the 1st post to see where everybody lives ! I think it's easier on a map than reader the name of the country or state and say "oh, where is that ?" ;-)

Oh wow! Love reading about where everyone is from! <3
I live on the Utah/Colorado border, in Vernal. We have all the dinosaur stuff here and there are lots of tourists in the summer time. It's kind of isolated and small, but we have everything from red rock and river rafting to lodge pine forests. It's an amazing place to live if you love to be outdoors.--- KATE ---
